Quotes
Surveys and quotes are free and carry no obligation. All quotes are fixed-price: the figure agreed is the figure you pay.
Payment
Payment is by cash or bank transfer.
Guarantees
- Windows and frames: 10-year manufacturer guarantee.
- Door frames: 10 years.
- Glass units: 5 years.
- Hardware (hinges, locks, handles): 12 months.
- Repairs: 12-month workmanship guarantee.
The 12-month workmanship guarantee does not apply if you attempt to fix the issue yourself, or use a third party, without contacting DW Glazing and Repairs first.
Insurance
DW Glazing and Repairs holds £2,000,000 public liability insurance.
